The annual HOA assessments are $792 for the budget year starting January 2022.
The entire annual amount due can be paid January 1st or paid semi-annually with due dates:
January 1st Late if payment after January 15th
July 1st Late if payment after July 15th
You will receive the assessment invoices in December and June each year.
Assessment payments received after January 15th and July 15th will incur a $25 late fee and charged interest at 1.5 percent per month (18 percent annually) starting on the 16th of January and July.
NOTE:
On February 16th and August 16th homeowners with assessments in arrears of $300 or more will receive an intent to lien letter from Leland Management which will result in an additional fee that will be assessed to the homeowner’s account. After March 31st and October 31st, accounts may be turned over to the attorney for collection that could result in hundreds of dollars in attorney fees.
